We offer beef by the quarter, half, or whole animal. We recommend finding friends and creating a "cow pool" to share a half with; orders for quarters will be delayed until we can match you with another quarter order.

If you prefer to pay by mail, please download, complete, and return the Beef Order Form with a check for deposit.
