Grass Fed Beef

Beef continues to be a protein source for many people because of its high nutritional value. At Chinook Farms, our cattle graze on our certified organic pastures and eat an all natural diet without any hormones, antibiotics or growth stimulants.

We offer our beef in quarters and halves. Find a friend or several friends and order a half – save money and time. Quarter orders may be delayed until we can match you with another quarter order.

Choose from two different qualities of beef:

1. The first is a high quality ‘traditional’ beef, about 2 years old, that will yield the usual assortment of flavorful steaks, roasts, and ground beef



2. The second choice is better suited for ground beef, stewing or braising cuts. These cattle are a smaller breed and are about 3-4 years old. The steaks, if cut, could be slightly tougher than most people would expect. These cattle are raised alongside the younger animals and forage on the same organic pastures. Estimated at 85% lean.
